It's simple really - flowers just make me happy.
I grew up with my family working in the floral industry & I am proud to be on that path today. I was born & raised right here in Sioux Falls, leaving for a bit to get my degree at University of Nebraska Lincoln, where I met my hubs - Matt. I moved to Texas for a while, but home was calling. I am beyond lucky to have the friends & family that I do & I try to spend as much time with them as I can! As owner of Jane Rae Events and The Bouquet Bar by JRE, I am living my best life - every, single, day.
In-between creating joy, you can find me eating a PaPa John's pizza while watching The Office, holding my dogs & snuggling up with Matt; it's my happy place. I also love a sweet coffee in the morning & a stiff martini at night with my Target candles lit.

I am a proud latina women who finds joy in designing flowers, reading books with good plot twists and visiting cute coffee shops.
I moved to Sioux Falls from California with no idea I would find my passion for flowers. When I’m not around flowers I’m either watching Friends or trying to be good at a sport. I’m very grateful for having a boyfriend that knows how I like my margaritas and loves Mexican food as much as I do!
I’m truly blessed to be part of Jane Rae Events & The Bouquet Bar! Couldn’t imagine my life any other way. It brings me so much joy to be part of bringing flowers into people’s lives in many ways.

I was born and raised in Illinois but made Sioux Falls my home in 2011. I attended the University of Sioux Falls and it was there that I found my sarcastic, handsome hubby. In 2023 we had the honor of adopting our daughter and being her mom has been an absolute dream. Besides being a wife and mom, my passion lies in bringing joy into every situation and I think flowers aid in that - so being a part of The Bouquet Bar is such a privilege.
When I'm not crunching the numbers, you can find me eating coffee ice cream, snuggling my two puppies, playing board games, and singing.

I think it’s safe to say I’m a lover all of things pretty and flowers would definitely be at the top of my list.
I grew up in a small town in Minnesota and made my way to South Dakota to attend SDSU in Brookings, which then brought me to Sioux Falls.
When I’m not designing beautiful weddings or working at The Bouquet Bar, I enjoy spending quality time with my fiance, Ben, taking my goldendoodle Theo on a walk, shopping, and cuddled up on the couch with some wine and a good movie.
