What is the subscription service?

Our subscription service is the perfect addition for our petal pickers that love having fresh flowers around all of the time. It is a monthly subscription that will be delivered right to your doorstep. Your box will include your blooms and a care card for how to best care for your flowers and help with their longevity.

How often is the subscription and when is it delivered?

This is a monthly subscription service. Your subscription will be delivered the last Friday of every month.

Cut off for subscription ordering will be the 22nd of the current month to receive your box within that same month. If you order after the 22nd of the month, you will receive your subscription the end of the following month.

Your subscription will renew on the same day you ordered for each month following.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your customer portal. You can also give us a call and we can cancel for you.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you can skip a month but this is not an option through your customer portal. If you are wanting to skip a month, you can give us a call and we can skip it for you.

Is a vase included?

We have three subscription options that have vases included. The other three options are wrap options that you would arrange in your own vase.

Will I be contacted when it is being delivered?

You will be contacted the day before your delivery (Thursday) to confirm delivery address and be informed of the time it will be delivered.

Can the flowers sit outside on my doorstep?

Flowers are happiest in the perfect weather conditions, (50 degrees is ideal), and in South Dakota we do not have many of those days throughout the year. It is best if the flowers are not left on your doorstep for a period of time.

Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! You can gift a subscription. You will purchase a subscription and put the delivery address and recipient as the person you are gifting the subscription to.

What is the mobile Bouquet Bar?

The mobile Bouquet Bar brings a new experience to choosing your own blooms. Now we are able to come to you with our mobile cart of blooms. This experience is truly unique and creates a new experience to creating a personal bouquet just for you.

How far do we travel?
